| The Riverwalk Golf Club course is located right at the core of San Diego and was designed by Ted Robinson and inaugurated in 1997. The club is home to The Presidio Course, The Friars Course and The Mission Course. The San Diego River flows directly through the course and water comes into play on thirteen holes. The fairways are Winter Rye, and the gorgeously contoured greens seeded with Bent Grass average about 6,500 square feet in size, and are cut at a maximum height of 1/8 of an inch, which has the result of making them so fast that it's almost unbelievable. This course was designed to have thirty-foot elevation changes, giant trees, sand bunkers, and a lot of rough spread throughout all the holes. Get Quote |
