| ROSS BRIDGE golf course is also located in Birmingham but is not part of the RTJ trail system. Called the Ross Course, it is actually part of the Renaissance Ross Bridge Golf Resort. The course is said to be the third longest 18-hole course in the world at 8,191 yards from end to end and is public, not private. Ross Bridge is exceptionally-well groomed with excellent foliage along the fairways. Traps are carefully sculpted and raked each evening. Greens and fairways are immaculate. There is a clubhouse and a pro shop on the premises and a golf pro available for private lessons if desired. Proximity to the many amenities in downtown Birmingham make Ross Bridge a favorite with tourists while the mild Birmingham climate means you can golf most of the year. Get Quote |
