OXMOOR RIDGE golf course is one of the three in the Oxmoor Valley RTJ group. This course is also extremely scenic with gently rolling fairways, lush forest stands and steep elevation changes of 140 feet or more. This land was formerly a mining site and one can see exposed shale outcrops near some greens.

All Oxmoor courses are exceptionally scenic and clearly call for photographic golfing memories. Oxmoor Ridge also profits from nearby Birmingham where golfers frequently head to dine and dance and generally enjoy urban southern hospitality. Together, the three Oxmoor Valley courses stand as the very-best examples of what Architect Jones does so well.

They are probably the busiest in the trail system as well, thanks to big city proximity.
