MAGNOLIA GROVE golf courses are called Crossings, Falls and Short is another 3-course group within the 378 hole total trail system. They are located in historic Mobile and have the scenic deep south charm of the city itself. Challenging? Yes.
After all, Robert Trent Jones doesn't build "easy" courses. These golf courses continue the designer's commitment to use the natural landscape and terrain as opposed to being manufactured at the sacrifice of the existing terrain. In the end, though, the three Magnolia Grove golf courses have the same well-groomed tees, greens and fairways as others in the system.
The Robert Trent Jones Trail was enabled by the State of Alabama to attract retirees and tourists and thereby aid the state's economy. It has proven extremely successful.
