| The Pinehurst Resort Course 4 is just as beautiful it was as the day that Donald Ross had it first routed. However, now it has been upgraded to look even more amazing. In 2000 it was officially opened as the Tribute to Pinehurst. Site of the 2008 U.S. Amateur, it offers a championship challenge to those who dare, including over 140 pot bunkers that dot the landscape. It also offers some of the most picturesque scenes at Pinehurst, including the 13th and 14th water holes. Not only will you be amazed at how incredible the holes are, but the views are spectacular.
