The Golf Club at Terra Lago South Course was designed by Brian Curley and inaugurated in 1999. The greens are Tifeagle and the fairways are Bermuda Grass.

The front nine holes are links-style, and the back nine holes are traditional. Weekend players will experience the easiest time with the course's holes 4, 9, 14, and 16.

The fairways are tree lined, wide, broad and inviting, and the undulating greens are generous, hard and fast. The greens are very easy to read even though they have the occasional subtle break and undulation. Water hazards come into play on only five holes. The signature hole on this course is 3, a 355-yard, par 3, requiring an approach shot over a lake to the green.
