Mystic Dunes Golf Club
The Mystic Dunes Golf Club course was designed by the PGA Tour's Gary Koch and inaugurated in 2001. The front nine is very broad, wide and open, featuring a fair amount of mounding and sand bunkers to keep you entertained, while the back nine is very thickly tree-lined and meanders through some local wetlands.
The greens and the fairways are Bermuda Grass. The gently undulating fairways are broad and open, and the greens, are oversized, hard, subtle and have a gentle undulation, but an exceptionally true lie.
There are also ponds and a creekbed that come into play. The signature hole on this course is 11, a 295-yard, par 3, with sand bunkers on the right and left of its elevated green.
