| The Heron Point Golf Club course is an exciting course by noted designer Willard Byrd and inaugurated in 1988. Gentle moundings line both sides of the wide, open and broad fairways, and all the water hazards are very visibly marked by yellow and black checkered flags, due to the fact that a goodly number of the hazards are hidden. The signature hole is 9, a 546-yard, par 5, which will call for an exceptionally straight tee shot in order to avoid the extensive water hazards present on both sides of the fairway. The greens and the fairways are Bermuda Grass. he course was built on slightly undulating terrain, so you have to expect an uneven lie every once in a while Get Quote |
