Honors: Rated 4 Stars by Golf Digest's "Best Places to Play" in 2006.
The Burning Ridge Golf Course is an astounding course by notable designer Gene Hamm and inaugurated in 1987. The greens are Tifeagle and the fairways are Bermuda Grass.

This course is not an unduly demanding one for any dilettante player but will most definitely present a challenge to the low handicap Golf Professional, however a good clue to playing this course well is that you should make a note that holes 4 and 15 feature several hidden bunkers and water hazards alongside of their narrow straight par 5 fairways to try to avoid. Predominantly, the putting surfaces are multitiered, fast, hard, and deep.

The signature hole on this course is 8, a 353-yard, par 5, featuring a large bunker that runs along the left side of the fairway.
