Desert Rose Golf Course
The Desert Rose Golf Course was designed by Joe Lee & Dick Wilson and inaugurated in 1963. The greens and the fairways are Bermuda Grass. This course is accessible and entertaining to all skill levels. The mildly undulating fairways are very broad and open, and the greens are generally subtle, hard, fast, flat, and they are all way oversized and absolutely meticulously maintained for your putting pleasure. Two mostly dry washes run through the course and are considered lateral water hazards. The signature hole on this course is 8, a 411-yard, par 5, requiring a straightaway tee shot in order to avoid the sand bunkers on the left and right sides of the fairway.
