Honors: "Best New Course Award" in Las Vegas - Vegas Golfer Magazine's Fairway Awards, 2004.
Aliante Golf Club
The Aliante Golf Club course was designed by Gary Panks and inaugurated in 2003. The greens and the fairways are Bermuda Grass, and recreational golfers will be thrilled with the course's holes 4, 9, 13, and 18.
This course was built on undulating terrain and has a considerable number of trees lining its fairways. Most holes have sand bunkers or water hazards protecting them, but they are easy to read. On many holes the greens are well oversized to the point of being gargantuan, and are also user friendly, quick, and true.
The signature hole on this course is 11, a 502-yard, par 5, which sits at the most prominent altitude point on the course, and presents truly awe inspiring views of the surrounding desert terrain.
