Terms & Conditions:

Rain Policy:
At the discretion of the golf facility, if weather conditions dictate course closure, Go Vacations Golf will provide refunds upon verification of unused golf.  No refund will be provided for unused golf at players discretion without a 72 hour notice.

Medical:
If a golfer becomes ill and therefore needs to cancel golf within the 72 hour period, the golfer must be able to show proof of medical problem if needed. The golfer must call Go Vacations Golf to cancel the golf and the call must be verified by a Go Vacations Golf staff member.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made up to 45 days prior to departure – penalty equals deposit paid. Cancellations made between 30 – 15 days prior to departure – penalty equals deposit paid or 25% of the package price. Cancellations made 15 –3 days prior to departure there is a 50% penalty. Cancellations made within a 72 hour period of time of departure will not receive a refund unless medical reasons can be verified. Special circumstances may be approved on a case by case basis.

*During Special Events and Holidays cancellations within 14 days of time of arrival are non-refundable.

*Condominium Rentals must be canceled prior to 30 days of arrival.

*Any Tournament cancellations must be made 60 days prior to scheduled event and the deposit will be forfeited.

*All cancellations after the credit card is processed are subject to an additional 5% merchant handling fee.

*Group cancellations fees are based on attrition dates and vary by group.

Deposits:
Deposit ranging from $100.00 to $200.00 per person must be paid at time of booking to Go Vacations Golf. The balance of the golf package must be paid within 45 days of departure unless special circumstances are approved by the booking concierge. All deposits received are NON-REFUNDABLE. This allows our agents to begin securing hotel and golf tee times.

If a player for player substitution is made, the original player will receive their deposit in refund.

If a player is not able to travel due to illness, their deposit may be applied to a future travel date, but will not be refunded.

Refunds:
No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Changes to Itinerary:
All changes, cancellations, additions to existing itineraries must be made through Go Vacations Golf.

Any changes in the itinerary may result in additional pricing or additional deposits.

No changes to the Itinerary will be permitted within 7 days of arrival time.
